Radiation countdown: ONE left!!!
This weekend my “sunburn” really started to itch. I guess that’s a sign of healing, right? What was interesting was that I was itchy on my back, so I looked in the mirror and noticed that a section of my upper back was burned. The doctor had talked to me about how the radiation would “pass through” my body. I never thought it would burn on the way out! Pretty creepy.
Bowling for Kids Sake was a lot of fun this past weekend. It was great to see so many work people out to support a great cause, and Ethan and I were proud of our triple digit scores! 100 and 136, respectively!
I an happy to report that my eye brows are making a come back. I still need to pencil them in a bit but it was nice to see them coming back. My eye lashes, however, are still pretty pathetic.
I posted the attached link on Facebook and thought I would post here as well. Some great ideas for making your fruits and veggies last longer.
I made a yummy roasted cauliflower dish tonight. I’ll post the recipe link tomorrow since my Internet is down and I’m typing this on my iPhone! The cauliflower dinner made up for the small box of peanut butter overload Smidgens Ethan and I ate! (Hey, at least they are vegetarian! LOL)
