Round 3 out of 6! We have reached the halfway point. My thanks to my hubby for suggesting one of his favorite movies for today’s title!
I’m hoping the impending snow holds off until we get home. It was a later appointment so we are going to be here a while.
The PA told me that the side effects might get a little worse with this round. I didn’t really need or want to hear that. I would prefer to be deluded that it will go as well as the last two. Of course, he did also say that some people are consistent through the whole process, so it’s anybody’s guess. We will certainly know in a few days. My blood pressure was low today, 92/68. Low for even me. I guess that explains why I’ve been tired. The PA attributed it to dehydration. Great. Here we go again with the water nagging! I’ll be starting an antibiotic as a precaution due to my recent sinus issues.
I’ve got my faithful friend, Leann, with me again. She has signed on for all remaining treatments! Someone once said to me “everyone needs a Leann” and that’s so true! I’m lucky to have a Leann in my life!
It’s 2:35 and I am still on pre-medications.
3:10 it’s ungodly hot in here. Seriously considering removal if clothing. Probably not a good idea.
4:00 and on the last bag of meds. Seemed to go really quickly once we got rolling.
4:50 and on our way home! A new world record! 🙂 And the good news is that the snow DID hold off, so no travel issues.
I can’t believe that I am halfway through my treatments. I don’t know about all of you viewers, but the time has gone very quickly for me, and that’s a good thing. Certainly not an experience I want to drag out. I can’t wait for January 9th, my last treatment, despite it meaning I’m wishing away the holidays. I hope to be able to enjoy both Thanksgiving and Christmas in between treatments but will be glad when this new routine is done. I just want to be able to focus on healthy living, start exercising again, and move on from this.
